An Ogbia son from Otuokpoti community high Chief Don Evarada Abednego has decamped to the All Progressive Congress (APC) barely few months to the governorship elections of the state.
High Chief Don Evarada is a political colossus in Ogbia politics. He has been the rallying point of PDP ward 2 since 1998 to date. He has been the Chief planter of Ward 2 PDP Executives. Until the present development, he was the unbreakable challenge of the APC in all elections in the ward.
High chief who is considered one of the best brains in the Ijaw Nation was the chief campaigner for Gov Dickson.
Reports has it that the former Special adviser to the state Governor on urban security defected with about five thousand followers to the broom party in his home town.
