Engr. Maxwel Okoh, the former chairman of Ijaw Youth Congress, Central zone and ex-commissioner of energy Bayelsa State hails from Otuasega community in Ogbia local government area.

OGBIA BROTHERHOOD YOUTH COUNCIL CONGRATULATES HON. MAXWELL OKOH ON HIS WELL DESERVED APPOINTMENT AS THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION (EDFA).
The leadership of the Ogbia Brotherhood Youth Council World-Wide (OBYC), on behalf of the entire youths of Ogbia Kingdom felicitate with one of our own Hon. Maxwell Okoh, on his appointment as the Executive Director Finance and Administration, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

As someone who has continued to champion the cause of the ‘Ijaw Nation and the marginalization and exploitation of Ogbia right from the days of your struggle in ELIMOTU we are optimistic that your wealth of experience as an astute activist and also, as the pioneer Chairman of the revered and foremost youth group, Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) and a former Commissioner of Energy, Bayelsa State, you will add value to the board which you are appointed to.
We pray that you will discharge your activities to the best of your ability in moving the Kingdom to a greater heights and that you’ll place the development of Ogbia in high premium during while you remain as an influential member of the board of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
